Yes, we are hiring!

We have grown to the point that we need a part-time shop assistant for the summer. Ideally this position will be for May-October, Friday through Monday, 10am to 3pm, with a little room for flexibility if needed, and possibly longer term if all goes well.

Tasks include daily cleaning, answering phones and emails, greeting clients and checking them in, and some social media posting. This is NOT an apprenticeship, but knowledge of tattooing and tattoo culture is a big bonus. This is a position for someone with strong social skills, a positive attitude, who can stay organized when there is a lot going on.

The only thing certain in life is death, so enjoy your time while you have it. Ian did this fun @banksy piece this weekend. We are quickly booking up for the next couple months, so if you are trying to get on the books before busy season, it’s best to book as early as possible!

This past October, we had the honor of doing our first wedding at @thestanleyhotel in the Lodge Library and it was a wonderful experience for all of us! We created special flash designs for the wedding, and first tattooed the brides before their ceremony.

After the ceremony we were available all evening tattooing the wedding guests and it was a hit! We had a truly wonderful time with Marty and Maria and all their guests. @lucidinceptions @macofer.tattoos and @stevie.tattoos were there all evening and we tattooed as many of the guests as we could manage.

We have already been asked to do a few weddings this year, if you are interested in having us be a part of your special day please email us directly! We will have room to take on a few more this year but we will fill up fast for the few more of these that we can take on for the year.

Nice shoulder cap mandala done by @lucidinceptions this week on our friend @aarontylertattoos on an area where a tattoo was removed over a few sessions of laser removal. Laser can be a highly effective way to greatly remove a tattoo most or all of the way to start fresh and get the tattoo that really speaks to you. If you are thinking about a coverup, come talk to us about different options that might even be more effective.
